I have a bankruptsy lawyer on deposit after going threw forclouser , the lawyers partner (his daughter) represented the firm that evicted me from my home ?

I don't see a direct legal conflict but I can see where you are not comfortable having a lawyer whose partner caused you so much grief. Ask for your money backa and switch lawyers. If he will not return your money, tell that lawyer that you are contemplating filing a complaint with the attorney discipline commission.
