CSHO failing to follow Guidlines.. concealing H&S Violations

I want to know who i would report misconduct, suspected bribery, etc of a CSHO from MIOSHA? I know that I can file a CASPA complaint to Federal OSHA but I am referring to legally file a report. And what type Attorney I would need to represent me?

You would report it to the FBI. However, you better have some strong proof other than the fact that there must be bribery or else everyone would agree with you. Otherwise, you'll just look like a nut. You need concrete facts and witnesses who will testify. William S. Stern
