If a customer sneaks an open container containing alcohol outside of a licensed establishment, how much responsibility does the owner/manager, license holder bear if citation is issued by local law enforcement?

If the establishment served the alcohol for consumption on the premises and you snuck it out, the establishment should have no responsibility.
