Disqualification of a Judge

What do I need to file to ask that a bias judge be disqualified from a case?

It is virtually impossible to get a judge disqualified for bias in Michigan unless the judge says something on the record that clearly shows a predisposition or unless he is involved financially or otherwise with your opposition. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
