Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Michigan

Medical records not available?

I had a heart cath done which was very expensive and my

husbands insurance has not yet paid. Do I have the right

to see my medical records/test results? Thanks in advance.

There is a state law requiring you to have access to your records. You have to pay however a fee set by state law to have the records copied. William S. Stern
