Non payment of court appointed attorneys fees

I wish to refuse to pay for court appointed attorney due to incompitance,,and need to know if warrants can be issued against me for doing that.

Yes. They can drag you into court, hold you in contempt, etc. for not paying the court ordered fees. If you objected, you should have appealed within the applicable time period. Otherwise, you are stuck paying the fees. As you can see, court appointed lawyers are definitely not free. In fact, many times they are more expensive than if you hired your own lawyer. William S.
