Protective Service Misrep. state pays for evaluation
I have been dealing with my 2 step-daughters being molested by their 15 yr old uncle for 3 yrs now. The last time I took them to Protective Services PS they ordered me to a state paid psychological evaluation. It came back I was sane and they should listen to me. Instead they made a case against me saying that our 4 yr old didnt pronounce finger right when she said her uncle stuck his finger in her pee pee & that we probably didn't spend time or ever read to them. The PS worker knew that the 4 yr old is delayed and has speech therapy. She went on to make other allegations about me I have a copy of the report. The girls therapist and myself think it is ridiculous that and educated women could make-up such allegations against me when she has only met with me for a total 20 minutes. She never interviewed the Mother, Uncle or anyone else. She has never been to our house or met our other 3 children. I think her opinion was formed before I arrived. The last time this happened I screamed at the head of PS for not protecting our girls. He was very angry. So they made a case against me and did nothing about what the 4 yr old told them because she did not pronounce finger right?
Can I hold them liable or sue for defamation of character?

How exactly did they "make a case" against you? Did they charge you with anything? What are your damages? William S. Stern
