Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Michigan

i put a bid in for a hud home, my realtor did not have all the paperwork right , she negeleted to put in some money amounts. so they sent an e-mail to her to correct it . she had 48 hrs to do so. she said she e-mailed it back right away that same day. the office that was handling the home sale says the paper work was not sent in on time. so they took another bid and sold it to someone else. i am getting conflicting answers from both parties. what are my legal rights . since i lost out on getting the house because some droped the ball.
