Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Michigan

I signed up fora three year contract for a gym that has multiple locations. The location I signed up for is closed. Can I sue because they won't cancel my contract?

They most likely are taking their money from your charge. If it is not too much trouble, cancel that charge plate. The company will issue you a new one. Problem solved. Otherwise, you can contest the charges and probably prevail but the problem may pop up next month.
