Signed Statements

If a statement was signed with two witnesses in the room at the time the statment was signed, could another witness come into the room and sign the statement without witness-

ing the statement being signed or read to? Do that state-

become void if that is the case?

I do not know what statement you are referring to. Most likely, the witnessing means the witness witnessed the signature. The parol evidence rule may present out side testimony from coming in to challenge the witnessing. My the way, what kind of statement needs three witnesses? Bill Stern 248-353-9400
