Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Michigan
Using source for published article
As a journalist, is it ''legal'' to print what someone said to me, even if I didn't identify myself as a journalist and even if the identity of the respondent is anonymous? Do I need their permission to print their opinion even if it is impossible to identify them as the source?

Re: Using source for published article
You can say what they said without saying who said it. Journalists always cite unidentified sources, etc. Bill Stern
