Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Michigan

i stayed at a hotel in marquette michigan located 1 block away from a prison and had my 12 week old infant with me and the manager when asked to get a maintenance guy or even a single bar of some sort to put in the window said "I don't worry about maintenance I only take care of scheduling and stuff" then they proceeded to tell me to stay in a room on the second floor which was as nasty as they come, I then told the manager I wanted a refund and she said she would do so... She charged me 90 dollars two separate time as well as 180 dollar charge and I am now unable to use my debit card for ANYTHING as i have no money left is there anything I can do about this, I am sure I am going to have over draft fees as well

If you stayed at the hotel, you owe for the room rate. Call the hotel and tell them they need to send a credit through on your card for the erroneous charges. If they fail to do this, then contact your credit card company and tell them you want to file a dispute for the additional charges. AND contact the better business bureau in the area and report the hotel.
