Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Michigan

I worked for the money its mine

my uncle and I made a verbal agreement to flip some property . (his idea) he got the loan and are agreement was I would do the labor and he would put up the money. we would split the profit 60-40. I kept to my end of the deal and after all the major work was done (10 months worth) he decided to kick me out of the deal with no reason for doing so. I have many credible witnesses that new the agreement. i feel he owes me no less then 15 or $20,000.00. I dont feel like I was treated fairly. I worked hard I want what was promised to me. can I put a hold on the sale of the property or since the agreement was verbal am I just S.O.L? I have pictures of me working at the property, on bull dozers and back hoes we rented from the local hard ware. I also have photos of me cutting down trees on the property. Their are neighbors and many other wittnesses who can verify my storie. Bottom line....... Do I have a case?
