Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Michigan

We went to hospital for stomach pain first hospital said nothing wrong we didn't believe went to another hospital they admit tied my wife she had to have gullblader surgery do we have a law suit against the first hospital

Probably not. You do not state how long the time was before getting a second opinion. Unless you can show that the delay in surgery made a difference, there would be no case. It soulnd like there was no additional harm.
