I was in a 7 year same sex relationship, and our income was mixed on the purchases of almost everything. He left me to be single. Is he allowed to take whatever he wants?

No. He may take what he brought to the relationship, everything else is treated as jointly owned. If you two can't work out a fair division. A court will. Please contact me if would like to discuss in more detail at johntatone.com or 888-988-LAWS (5297)
