Golf course liability?
While playing a round of golf yesterday at a public course, an errant tee shot struck a home residing near one of the holes. The home owner made a complaint to the club house that a window was broken in the process. What is the liability of the golfer in this case?

Re: Golf course liability?
It depends on the golf club usage agreement and whether the golf course assumed liability for damage caused by either intentional, negligent or inadvertent use of it's premises.
