Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

I had a baby Dec 18th 2010 , Dec 19th I was supposed to have my tubes tied. After it was finished Iwas in so much pain, no one could touch me , even with a finger. It was like fire radiating inside my body. A few days later the surgeon called me andsaid I should be careful because they missed one of my tubes and "accidentally " cut a vein or an artery. My question is do i have a case?

No one can tell you whether you have a case without having your records reviewed by a competent OB/GYN. However, if you had lots of temporary pain and are now okay, there is no case because malpractice cases are incredibly expensive to pursue. There has to be the potential for a large verdict in order to justify the massive expenditure of funds that such cases demand.
