delayed (36 hrs) treatment perforated esophagus

Mom on vent 3.5 mo, 3 med errors, 9 surgeries, prognosis grave.

Do we have a malpr suite? Pain and suffering? Delayed dx?

Delayed treatment and injuries from a tube being inserted could very well be malpractice. The only way to answer your questions would be for mom or her representative to have the medical records looked at.
