Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

Disfigurment

I had a tummy tuck in March of this year. I lost 150 pounds and had 15 pounds of skin to be removed. When the doctor did the procedure he pulled my private area up to high. Where a navel would be on a normal woman is where my private area begins. He stretched it and it is HUGE! It affects my self esteem and makes me insecure. I have to buy special jeans and underwear to conceal this defect.

A physician has a duty to practice within the standard of care.
