Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan
my doctor gave me a cream for my child which was expired on jan 5, since i couldnt afford it at the drug store,he said it was all right to take there was a 6 months period for it, now my child had broke out more and what he gaveme I found out he bills my insurance company for these samples, can a doctor give you expired cream that was like six or seven months old?

First, to prove the old cream caused the outbreak would be extremely expensive, costing thousands of dollars. A jury verdict would not pay the costs. If he is billing for the cream and giving you old stuff, it sounds like a licensing issue. You may want to contact the State.
