Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan
when my husband has a colonoscopy they told him he had sigmoid cancer and when the doctor operated it turn out not to be in his sigmoid but in his splenic flexure colon is this bases for a law suit?
We live in Michigan but was diagnosised in Wiconsin and had surgery in Wiscosin.

No. You have not indicated anything that indicates your husband sustained any injury due to the dx of sigmoid ca. Since the splenic flexure is continuous with the sigmoid and transverse colon alike, the misdiagnosis--if any--is de minimus, and the injury is nonexistent.
Your attempt to find a cause of action on these facts is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself.
