How can my husband get a copy of his deceased father's medical/hospital records?

Heirs can obtain copies of a decedent's medical records. Please see MCL 333.26263(a)(2) and MCL 333.26265(1) Unfortunately I cannot attach them here. You can look them up on the Michigan legislature's website.
