Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

Hysterectomy
I had a hysterectomy on 2-5-08
after three wekks I started having a great deal of pain I had at CT scan on 3-17-08 that did not show any issues my GYN said be patient it takes time to heal after 3 months of this pain she decided to send me to a pain management specialist who put me on neurotin and lidicain patchs I went back to her 6-11-08 and told her i was still having pain she said follow up with the pain specialist there is nothing she can do. I went to see pain spec. 6-18-08 he told me he met with my GYN and she told him she was still going to order some tests but she told me to see him
he says it's nerve,tissue or muscle damage help please do I have a law suit ?

You would do well to lay a foundation for a potential lawsuit by going to a reputed ob/gyn who has no connection to the former, for a second opinion.
