Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

I am running out of time and have a synopsis of my wifes death June 25th 2005. I cannot really go into enough detail here. But she died of a hemmoratic stroke after being given heprin for a blood clot in her leg that went to her lungs. Which all started from treatment for CLL which the autopsy did not find. and no difinative cause of death. I would like to emil the sysnopsis to a malpractice attorney in Mich to have him or her look it over before the statute of Limitations runs out. It 9 pages in length thats why I cannot express enough here. Thanks

I'll tell you the problem. In order to win any case, especially a malpractice case, you have to be able to explain simply to a jury within 30 seconds, what the doctor did wrong and why there was malpractice. This is based upon 30 years of hard earned trial experience. If you don't win them over immediately, you've probably lost the case. Therefore, even though I am sure that your situation is complex, just explain in simple terms what the doctor did and why it was malpractice and how it caused your wife's death. It cannot be a judgment call that proved to be wrong. It has to be something that a reasonable doctor under similar circumstances absolutely should not have done.
