Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

My Medical history

Do I have the right to request a copy of my complete medical history from the clinic at which I have been being attended to, because I am not satisfied and want to get second opinions?

I believe that under HIPAA, you are entitled to your records. The doctor has a right to charge a fair amount for the copying. William S. Stern
