Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan
Medical Malpractice
Is there anyway that a person can
read the court records of a previous
malpractice case, or to run a search to
see if a particular physician has been
sued for malpractice?

Yes. You can check with the clerk of any circuit court to determine whether any lawsuits have been filed in their county against a physician. Also the State of Michigan has an online listing of disciplinary actions against physicians.
