Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan
i had a nurse who was unqualified to ask to see my genitalia i asked if she was a doctor and she said no so i asked to see her supervisor and never seen her again they would not tell me the nurses name which is my right according to there patient rights and did not file my complaint which is also one of my patient rights according to them there was no reason for anybody to check on my problem seeing how i was going into surgery in a hour
