Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

Orthodontics Malpractice

I have been undergoing orthodontics treatment for 2.5 years. There has been no improvement in my teeth. They have actually gotten worse. They have made gaps in my teeth where there were none and have fixed none of the problems that I went in therewith. I have paid them over $4000 and would like to get this money back so I can see a compentent doctor. Would it even be possible for my to get my money back since I paid him for services that have not been delivered?
