Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Michigan

I had vaser lipo about 3 weeks ago and ended in the hospital 3 times with swollen legs that couldnt bend,and very red.the Dr that i had surgery with wouldnt talk or see me and said go to the er let them see you not me.All 5 doctors that i did see said that i should sue for abandment of a patient.and my legs now still can't work or walk long.
