Legal Question in Military Law in Michigan
My husband is being chaptered from the army for failure to complete two AITs, which is not accurate at all but this will get him out in time for our twins to be born. Is he better off to stay and fight it there or can he come home and fight it after he has been discharged?

If he is discharged now, you will likely lose medical benefits before the twins are born so you may want to consider that in making your decision. Usually, it is much easier to win and prevent the discharge now than than hoping to get it overturned later on. Without knowing all of the facts, it is probably better to try to fight it now.
