It is NOT a discharge - it is a "separation." It depends on two things, first, how is the question worded, e.g., "Have you ever served in the military?" Generally you must answer all employment related questions truthfully, so you would have to say "yes." If it then asks, "What type of discharge did you receive?" you can truthfully say, "None. I received an UNCHARACTERIZED "entry level separation" because I did not meet the enlistment requirements."
