upgrading your discharge
i received a b.c.d bad conduct discharge almost 23years ago,can my discharge be upgraded?since that this i have been a model citizen and i haven''t had a criminal record.i am a ex marine.

No. The statute of limitations is 15 years from the date you were discharged, as the date is listed on the DD214.
