accidental death
I was driving a bus and a person fell to his death out the back doors of the bus. therr were 21 persons on the bus and were drinking heavy. the guy that died was sitting on a cooler against the doors on the back of the bus, stood up lost his ballance and fell bakward out of the bus. on preivous stops some ot the passangers were using the doors to get out, each time the driver got out and secured the doors. but while going down the road the man fell bakward out the doors to his death this gentleman was verry drunk as was the rest of the passengers, the driver can not see the back of the bus when its dark and it was dard. there were 21 passengers and the bus seats 21 passengers who is liable?
