Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

Ankle Break on uneven sidewalk

I was exiting Best Buy and walking with my son and wife when I curled my ankle and if it was not for my son I would have fallen, but the result of the sidewalk ended in a broken ankle and torn ligements.

The sidewalk was an inch raised, and in the township an half inch is a violation. There were no warning paint to id the spot to avoid.

Any case here, the injury is still on going.
