Auto Accdent

Hello i was in an auto accdent, i cut my eyelid just about compleatly off and now i have headaches and my eyes are now light secentive.i did not lose sight in that eye, but my side vision is not quit as good as before.i have back pain and muscle spams,i have gone to physcial therpy and electro therpy. shots of latcaine, and pills of all kind. and because of the pills i cant work, i have been out of work for 6 months, the other person got the ticket.do i have a case?what do i do?

Yes, it sounds like you may have a case. It may be possible for you to collect from your own insurance carrier for things such as medical bills, lost wages and "replacement services."
