Re: auto accident

Hello, I have received a copy of your e-mail regarding your auto accident injuries. You definitely have sustained "serious impairments of body functions." That is the criteria you must meet. Additionally the closed head injury may also be a second qualification for bringing suit. I would be happy to discuss the details of your case with you and the options available. John C. Sounds like you have a case. Michigan requires a serious impairment (serious injury) to be established in order to have a case. It appears you have objective and life altering injuries and this is certainly a case we would puruse.

Re: auto accident

From your description of your injuries it sounds like you may have a third party claim against the at-fault driver. Under Michigan law you must have a serious impairment. Please contact my office to set up a free initial consultation. (248) 737-7000 or www.kutinsky.iwarp.com
