Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

bad food at a restaurant

i bought a meat & egg sandwich which had egg shells in the

egg. i ate the sandwich, when i heard a crunching sound

and took that piece out and it was shells. i opened up the rest of sandwich and found more shells embedded in the egg.

i begain to spit out the rest and felt as if i had some

thing lodged my throat. i have no medical so i did not go

to the hospital, but are they wrong for being negligent?

i could have choked on those shells. do i have a case

because of their defective product?
