Battery

I was assulted in a bar by two women I didnt know, was hurt pretty bad acl tear. How long do i have to file a claim against them.

If you can identify them, you should file right away. There's no point in waiting. Consult a local attorney,--even if you time it so s/he doesn't file until a certain date (maybe you need to get money together or something), at least you will be able to move quickly once you find out who they are.
