Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan
I was in a car accident. I had personal injury protection on my policy so the insurance company has been covering my medical expenses and loss of wages I have not been able to return to work. I have been getting paid by my health insurance for loss of wages. I was terminated from my position yesterday at my job because I have not been able to go back to work. Will my car insurance continue to cover my wages until i find a new job or I am taken off of medical leave from my doctor even though my job has let me go.
