Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to see if I can sue someone for pain and suffering and defamation of character; For 3 years I lived in a committed relationship with a man I hoped to marry one day. Towards the end of the third year he started acting different but I didnt think anything about it as we were still sleeping in the same bed , sharing meals buying furnishings for the house . He never once said to me he didnt want to be with me in a relationship . He said he didnt want to live together anymore . so I moved out , we still did things together and yet he still didnt say our relationship was over, continue to lead me on. I found out he was dating someone behind my back telling that person we were split up which was news to me because he never once said that to me.I have had only 1 job in my entire life and due to this pain and emotional distress he has caused me I had to take a medical retirement . I was leaving notes at his door, he would read them and return the tac I was using. I left gifts, cookies. He has a new girlfriend now after see 2 others before her. Whom I have been told by a mutual friend that he is getting married to her next month. This woman made up horrific lies about me , said I keyed her car which I find funny because I cant even hold a glass in my hand without dropping it because I have tremors. They got PPOs on me which are all over , never violate , so they dont have those anymore so she told him that I was sending magazines to his house so he took me back to court and I a 59 year old woman with MANY physical illnesses , the judge sent me to jail for 2 days. Due to all of this legal stuff and ongoing medical issues. When I had to go to court the wooden benches, cause my back to created problems. I had fell down Mr. Richard Stowe basement stairs and once from the kitchen to the living room. I have developed PTSD I was never this sick before all this has started I just want to know can I sue him for anything because he took my life away my job and my kids were my life . When she took me to court for keying her car I pleaded no contest just because I wanted it over and I didnt want to go to jail for something I didnt do.. My roommate has lived with me since April 14th 2014 she can verify that he has called me 2 times since April 2014 has spoken to me at church didnt have a problem with me attending the same church because he hardly ever came to church . He didnt even come to church every Sunday and when he did show up it was the last half hour church started at 10 and went to 12 .

Make yourself at home.

No, there is nothing in the law that would allow for such a suit. In fact, they may be able to sue you based on your criminal conviction in harassing them.

You should try to move on and let things go for your own mental hearth.
