Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan
last dec i was taking my yzf 600 r to my gf house for winter storage and when i went round a corner at like 3 mph to make i right turn i wiped out after the spill i was mad as hell i got up looked around and saw nothing so i then picked up the bike and drove it to her house after getting there i told her what happend so we went back to the corner to investigate just how did this happen we found nothing so the next day i went back in daylight to try and figure out what made me spill so now im back at the corner where i landed and nothing was there so that is where i landed now back tracking to the corner i found a barrel type water department cover on its side and it then became clear to me what had happend the barrel type cover acted as a wheel against my bike wheel and that is how i got hurt i sufferd a seperated sholder and have pinched nervs in my lower back and now have a buldeing disc is this all my fault please let me know thanks much wayne
