Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

defending alegations of mold illness

I was recently served a complaint by an ex-tenant for a personal injury claim, due to mold which allegedly caused asthma. The claim was made after I evicted her and susequently the court garnished her wages for non-payment. Quit obviously a retaliation. I turned the claim in to my insurance co.,as the judge advised at the ADR, they denied due to lack of coverage for mold. I informed the judge, he then gave me a choice of --- Binding Arbitration; Mediation; or Case Evaluation. I am not sure which to choose.

Also do I need to obtain the Plantiff's medical records, she has a previous asthma condition. If so, how do I go about doing this?
