If the plaintiff gets a judgment against your daughter, it is likely that your funds are at risk. Your daughter either has to get a lawyer to defend the case, settle the case or go bankrupt. Generally, if you can show that deposits to the account were made by you, and that your daughter did not make any deposits to the account or use it in any other way, you would be able to defend against a garnishment against your account in the event a judgment is entered against your daughter. You will want to think of legal ways to avoid a bank garnishment in the first place.
