Emotional Distress due to misrepresentation

Can I sue my mortgage company for emotional distress due to misrepresentation? My loan originator lied to me before closing, during closing and many times since regarding my payment, interest rate and refinancing. I only signed my mortgage at closing based on the promises she made to me at closing about refinancing at a much lower percentage rate in 90 days. I could not afford the payment at the rate that was given to me at my closing and still cannot afford my monthly payment. I wasn't refinanced as promised and have used up all my savings to pay each month. Last month I had to borrow money to make my payment and next month I don't know how I can pay. I am physically ill over this and want to know if I can sue. I am currently proceeding to refinance with another company, but have lost a lot of time and money and suffered tremendous emotional and physical distress over it. Would I have a case?
