Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

My father was in a hit and run car accident an was hospitalize for 2 months he has an inclosed head injury and he is the victim we went to court dozens of times they are taking their precious time an the insurance company that we're sueing doesn't want to pay when the evidents is there an it's getting very very stressfull.

Certainly I will tell you to ask your own attorney, who knows why this case is taking so long, but something doesnt sound right. Judges have a duty to close out cases within 2 years and I have never heard of dozens of court appearances (not even a single dozen). I wish you the best and hope your case resolves soon.
