Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

Good afternoon. I live in Michigan.

Last year I became dealthly ill after eating a chicken sandwich at McDonalds.

I spent two days in the hospital, and nearly died from Acute Kidney injury stemming from Campylobacter Diarrhea.

I am still getting bills and am having issues physically.

Do I hacve a case ?
