Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

I have HPV. I have an ex-partner that was well aware of that condition before we were together. Now that we have broken up (which didn't go well) he has threatened to post a billboard with a picture i had on facebook with a notice to say something like "HPV has ruined my life, don't let it ruin yours"

I believe since its true, i don't have a libel suit, but could it be an invasion of privacy suit then? Would that fall under some heading that it could be good for the public health if thats known? I've tried to see all I can under different web sites, but I cant find if this would fit or not, or if I'm just screwed.
