Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan
can you legally park a vehicle across from a driveway on the other side of the street? And what if a vehicle is parked directly across from a driveway you back out of and you hit it? Are you considered at fault if you backed into the vehicle that was parked directly across from your own driveway?

Yes, the vehicle sounds to be legally parked on a street and you backed into it. You are at fault unless I am missing something about the facts. Tim Klisz
