Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan
In Michigan.. in a personal injury civil case, if the case was evaluated for less than $25,000 during the case evaluation hearing but rejected by the plaintiff and the case proceeds to trial, what are the chances of the judgment amount greatly exceeding $25,000. IE: Exceeding the insurance limits on the auto policy.

Your joking, right? You can't possibly be asking attorneys to evaluate the case evaluation that pertains to a lawsuit which we know nothing about, correct? Yeah, I thought so. This must be just a prank.
