Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

My neice broke her arm roller skating. I can not say for certain the roller-rink did anything wrong to cause the fall/broken arm but aren't they still liable for the medical bills? I'm sure the roller-rink have insurance for injuries.

They may have a medical pay policy, which you will need to inquire of the rink. In order to sue them, you would need special facts because they are immune from suit by statute unless caused the fall.
